We check, fix and technically prepare layouts for printing, post-printing, packaging production and other technologies. A file that looks fine on screen is not always ready for production — we check the technical details before printing begins.

What affects price
Price depends on file condition, scope of fixes and whether preparation for a specific technology is needed: die-cutting, foil, UV varnish or embossing.
File checking, correction and technical preparation are not the same
File checking means we evaluate whether the file is suitable for production and whether there are technical risks. Layout correction means we fix issues: bleeds, colors, fonts, layers, cutting lines. Technical preparation means the file is prepared for a specific technology: packaging die-cutting, UV varnish, foil, embossing or partner production. Have a layout from a designer, agency or Canva? We check it before production — this protects you from problems that appear only after printing.

Frequently asked questions
Can you check if my file is ready for print?
Yes. Send us the file and we will evaluate whether it is suitable for production and what needs to be fixed.
Can you fix a file created by another designer?
Yes. We can work with files created by the client, designer, agency or another supplier, as long as the files are technically editable.
Can you prepare a file for foil, UV varnish or embossing?
Yes. We can prepare separate layers or technical files for foil, UV varnish, embossing, debossing, die-cutting and other post-printing technologies.
Can you prepare a technical packaging file?
Yes. We can prepare or fix technical lines for packaging, boxes, labels or inserts if we have the required format and production information.
Do you check spelling or content errors?
Standard technical checking does not include proofreading of language, facts, prices, contacts or legal text. Copy editing or proofreading can be agreed separately.
Will the color on screen match the printed result exactly?
Not always. Screen color depends on the monitor, software, lighting and material. If color is critical, we recommend a proof print or an agreed color reference.
